    As part of your pole dancing, learning the Iron-X Pole Move will up your game.

    This move may seem stressful to your arms but the trick is using your lower body to carry your weight.

    Steps for Iron X Pole Move

    This pole move will only take you 15 seconds when you correctly execute the following steps. 

    1. Grab the pole with your lower hand.
    2. As you push your body upwards, grab the pole with your upper hand.
    3. Maintain an inward rotation of forearms with your chest and armpits open.
    4. Before you lift your legs, engage your core.
    5. Extend both legs parallel to the pole as much as possible.
    6. Firm your butt and keep your pelvis stable to help with your weight.
    7. Then, extend your strength by pointing your toes.

    What to Wear

    Remember that the use of the right pole wear will help you with your performance.

    • Leggings. A pair of leggings is recommended if you want to be comfortable in stretching your legs wide open.
    • Sexy Tops. Use tops that will not limit your arms when stretching.
