14 days to change your mind.

If you are not entirely happy with your Super Fly Honey order, email us at getintouch@superflyhoney.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will sort out an exchange or a refund.

Returns come to us in Naples, Florida. We will send you the return address when you email us. Because it is a domestic return it reaches us quickly, so exchanges are turned around in days rather than weeks.

Before you send anything back, try them a few more times. Grip wear fits tighter than regular activewear, because silicone does not stretch the way fabric does. If your leggings feel tight the first time, that is usually the silicone still breaking in. Give it two or three more sessions and it will loosen slightly and settle into the size it is meant to be.

Exchanges. You cover the postage to send the item back to us, and we ship your replacement out to you free.

Refunds. We deduct $9 to cover the original shipping. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

What we can accept. Items need to come back unworn and in their original condition with the barcode still attached, because without the barcode we cannot put the item back into stock. The biodegradable mailing satchel does not need to be returned. Returns and exchanges are on regular-priced items only; clearance items are final sale.

If something is wrong with it. We check everything before it goes out, but if a piece arrives faulty, email getintouch@superflyhoney.com and we will take care of it. That one is on us.
