Tall Range
- For heights 175 cm / 5 ft 7 and above, the Tall range is available in Sizes XXS, XS, S, M, L in Midnight Black.
- If the Tall range is unavailable in your item, you may still wear the leggings without the stirrups. Many of our tall customers do!
Hips
- Measure around the widest part of your hips, not the fullest part of your bum.
- If your hips measurement is between 96.5-98, choose size Small.
Fit
- Size runs true to size. For a relaxed fit, order one size up.
- Due to the snug fit required for pole dancing, it's a bit of a work out to get into them the first couple of times.
- It loosens up slightly to the size it's meant to be after you 'break them in' due to the silicone print.

- Measure the circumference of your chest.

- Measure the circumference of your hips.

- Measure from your calf to your instep.
- Measure the circumference of your calf.

Lower Thigh
- Measure around your lower thigh, this is where the top of the knee pad would sit.
- If your measurement is between 33.5-35 cm, choose size Small for Slip on and size Medium for Velcro.

Length
- Measure the length of your hand from 1 inch below the tip of your finger to your upper wrist (where you usually wear your watch).
Fit
- If your measurement is between two sizes, choose the lower size as it will slightly stretch and pole dancing requires a snug fit.

- Highest point of shoulder to bottom of hem.
Width
- Measure across bust, 1' below armhole, seam to seam.
