SAFETY & USE GUIDELINES

Super Fly Honey is designed for performance.
As with any high-friction training, proper technique and awareness are essential.


1. Train with proper preparation

Always warm up and condition your body before training. Grip wear enhances contact—but control comes from strength and technique.


2. Ensure the right fit

A secure, close fit is essential for performance. Improper fit may reduce effectiveness or cause discomfort during movement.


3. Start gradually

If you’re new to grip wear, begin with shorter sessions to allow your body to adjust to increased friction and contact.


4. Use on appropriate surfaces

Designed for use on chrome, stainless steel, and brass poles. Avoid use on silicone or powder-coated poles.


5. High-friction training awareness

Grip garments are built for performance, but like all training equipment, they should be used with control—especially during dynamic or high-impact movements.
