Once your leg is hooked on the pole, push your hips forward and your ankle moves toward your butt. Keep your knee aligned with your hip.
Step 2: Grab pole with your hand(s).
Step 3: Lift your other leg up to the pole and push your body up. Once in position, let go of your bottom hand and lean out. Position your hips forward to balance your body and let go of your other hand.
Step 4: To exit out of this position, grab pole with both hands and come down.
Step by Step Instructions (Cupid in the air)
Step 1: Start off with the outside leg hang position. Once in position, maintain the grip on the pole with your knee and grab the pole with both hands.
