How does the grip work?

Super Fly Honey pieces have silicone grip zones applied to the fabric. The silicone creates friction against the pole, which helps you stay in place through climbs, sits and holds.

Does it replace chalk or grip aids?

It depends on you. Some dancers find they need less grip aid on the parts of the body the garment covers. Bare skin, like your hands, still grips the way it always does, so keep whatever works for you there.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes. Grip wear can help newer dancers feel more secure while they learn, so they can focus on technique. Always train with a qualified instructor.
