14 days of grace for exchanges & returns

If you are not entirely happy with your Super Fly Honey purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to, fill out the return form below for an exchange or refund.

Tip: If the leggings are a bit tight, the silicone print needs extra "breaking in". Please give it a couple or more tries as they will loosen up slightly to the size they are meant for.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide complimentary return shipping

to our Hong Kong warehouse. However, for exchanges, your replacement will be shipped to you for free.

For refunds, we deduct $12 USD to cover initial shipping. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Returns and exchanges will only be provided on regular-priced items. Products on clearance sale are final and are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect.

Returns must be received with the items in their original condition with it's packaging and barcode affixed. Without the barcode, the item cannot be returned to our warehouse. The biodegradable mailing satchel does not need to be returned.

Exchanges and returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of item.

We do our best to make sure there are no defects, but in the occasion that this does happen, please email us at getintouch@superflyhoney.com so we can take care of you!
