  • Pole Strengthening with Fran

    July 25, 2022 2 min read

    Pole dance trick extended butterfly

Fran is a 54 year old who has travelled the world competing in various pole competitions such as being the 2017 World Pole Art Championships Silver Medalist, and 2017 PSO Seaboard Championships Bronze Medalist.

After traveling the world to compete, Fran realized how many dancers need support in terms of how to strengthen themselves as they train for pole dancing. She then decided it was her mission to share her pole strengthening methods to help poler dancers fly on pole safely and confidently.

    Her Story

Fran has been frustrated about getting injured in pole classes, she’s beginning to know that there should be a better way to train. Sounds familiar? Yes, we’ve all been there.

The only difference was Fran started to learn about this dilemma being in the fitness and health industry for over 25 years, and used her background in sports strength & conditioning to develop her proven Pole Strong Method of Training to help herself and other polers to advance on the pole safely and with less chance of injury.
