Born to a father who is a swimmer and a dive champion coach, and a mom who is a fitness instructor, Heidi has consistently grown into an athletic environment. She fostered the love for creative movement, exploration, and fun from her mother, which led her to a more disciplined sport of gymnastics from the age of 3 till 21 years old. This is when Heidi started creating her own creative routines in gymnastics and choreographing for her friends and her very own students.
She began to take interest in pole dancing after watching an episode on Oprah where Shelia Kelly, founder of S Factor, introduced the world to mainstream pole dancing. She knew at that moment that pole dancing was for her.

Now, Heidi is well known for her mindfulness, meditation, and powerful yet graceful moves on pole that empower people to embrace their vulnerability, live with courage, an open heart, and to be curious about their potential both on and off the pole.
